HOW DO YOU TREAT BROKEN CAPILLARIES?

INTRODUCTION

Broken capillaries, also called spider veins, are very difficult to treat. Medically, there are no known methods to shrink capillaries, but there are ways to make them disappear and prevent them.

HOW TO PREVENT BROKEN CAPILLARIES

The most common cause of broken capillaries is sun exposure. Using sunscreen and protecting your skin from UV rays is very important. Heavy scrubbing of the skin can aggravate already sensitive areas. Be gentle with your skin and use pH neutral soap. Alcohol can also be an important factor. It could be said to feed toxins to the capillaries.

WHAT MAKES BROKEN CAPILLARIES WORSE?

If you suffer from broken capillaries, you should limit your sauna visits and be careful with hot baths. Temperature fluctuations can aggravate broken capillaries. Strenuous physical exertion. Blood vessels in the skin rupture when the pressure in the area is increased, such as during heavy weight lifting. Severe stress can dilate blood vessels and lead to broken capillaries.

HOW TO MAKE BROKEN CAPILLARIES DISAPPEAR.

Improve your natural vitamin intake by drinking 2 glasses of fresh orange juice a day. Try natural vitamin E oil (be careful, 90% is not natural). You can buy it anywhere for $4 to $5 maximum. Take 2 drops and gently rub the area with your fingertips 3 times a day. Make sure you wash your hands first. It takes a few months before you see results, this requires patience. Mineral salt baths can help and stop the itching. Itching makes the problem worse.

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST

Some skin care product manufacturers claim that they can treat broken capillaries. In our opinion, this is a false claim. If you need advice on treating a skin condition, it is best to see your dermatologist.
